PT. Mahaka Visual Indonesia Siap-siap Dipanggil Disnaker

KABUPATEN BEKASI - Setelah sekian lama tidak ada kejelasan mengenai kasus dugaan pemutusan sepihak terhadap karyawan Go Wet Waterpark, Dinas Dinas Ketenagakerjaan (Disnaker) Kabupaten Bekasi akan lakukan pemanggilan terhadap PT. Mahaka Visual Indonesia.

Hal itu diungkapkan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Disnaker Kabupaten Bekasi, Nur Hidayah Setyowati kepada palapapos.co.id, Rabu (13/11/2024).

"Akan kami lakukan pemanggilan terhadap pihak PT Mahaka Visual Indonesia beserta karyawannya yang nantinya Disnaker Kabupaten Bekasi menjadi mediator dalam laporan yang diterimanya," katanya.

Lebih lanjut, Nur Hidayah Setyowati pun mengaku surat yang dikirimkan oleh para karyawan PT. Mahaka Visual Indonesia sudah diterima oleh pihaknya, namun sampai saat ini masih dalam proses pembelajaran.

"Ya sejak saya terima laporan dari Kepala Bisang (Kabid) terkait soal surat yang dikirimkan. Kita sudah terima surat dan kita pelajari, nantinya kita akan melakukan pememanggilan terhadap kedua pihak," ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, pada Jum'at (27/9/2024) salah seorang tenaga kerja yang menjadi korban pemutusan tersebut, Zulfikri menjelaskan pihaknya tengah menuntut keadilan yang dinilai tidak sesuai dengan prosedural yang berlaku.

"Kita menuntut tentang pemutusan kontrak yang secara tidak prosedurial, karena kita diputus kontrak itu diberitahukan H-10 hari kerja, yang harusnya di peraturan H-30 hari," katanya.

Terlebih, sebanyak 6 pegawai ini juga tidak diberikan hak terkait fasilitas BPJS, fasilitas BPJS ini jelas tertulis didalam PKWT PT Mahaka Visual Indonesia.

"Tertera, tertera itu di PKWT itu tertera gaji, dan tunjangan sosial berupa BPJS. Nah BPJS yang kita tuntut karena tidak ada pembayaran sama sekali," ungkapnya.
